Place the white cotton mesh bag in your bath tub, add several inches of hot water and leave to soak for 5 minutes.Following this fill your bath to its normal level. Richly nourishing natural gels high in nutrients (iodine, calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, minerals, trace elements, antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, proteins and vitamins A&E) are slowly released from the seaweed through the mesh bag in to the water. When you are relaxing in the bath you can gently squeeze the bag to release more nutrients and apply directly to the skin. You can also use the bag full of seaweed as a gentle exfoliator on your arms, body and face.
